Co- founder, Chief Experience Officer, Tedx Speaker

Story of a Girl from Slovakia who is the face of an India social enterprise currently located in Hyderabad. Adela co-founded Chezuba, which is a global volunteering platform that connects digital skills of individuals to the non profit organisations across the world. As a teenager she never wanted to marry , all she wanted was to conquer herself. I could relate to a butterfly while she narrated about her younger times ; change, freedom and letting go to the new horizons.
I was prompted to know how she transpired from a dreamful dancer flowing through the rebellion of changes to that woman who has tremendously attributed herself to the international global impact, operating from India. Professional success is a precise collection of childhood , cultural influence, social regulations and personal chapters. Her story inspires risk taking ability from an enlarged outlook for the millennials .
Bringing an exclusivity to the table backed up with her masters degree in cultural and creative industries, Chinese language and intercultural communication. Adela has worked in the government sector promoting cross cultural and educational exchanges between Slovakia and Taiwan before. Relocating to India was a moment of self disruption for her. Contemplating drawbacks did not stop her from contributing herself to make a deep impact for the world of digital volunteering embracing the cultural surprises and under mining challenges installed within an unequal Indian society.
Her accomplishments are many but I tried exploring her take on factors from an international perspective and about the underrated cum overlooked elements for an Indian woman, over the developed economies. Adela beautifully explains how the social inequality pertains in India, at the same time financial safety must be considered as a great gift for performance. In her experience she finds an enormous potential laying front for women in India due to the secured fabrics upon life and security. Availability of inclusive resources can be used for a larger cause with the right direction she says.
Nobody can take away the memories and the great experience that pushes growth. She seeks a fine balance between finding herself constantly while scaling up as a social entrepreneur in a country that is not new anymore . When asked to define a woman , She said ,” Woman is a sign of power, capable of kindness “. . Through her start up she is promoting Sustainable Development Goal 9 – Industry , Innovation and Infrastructure and also SDG 17 – Partnership for the goals.
Cultural barriers are much more difficult to live than to study and she has chosen the bigger adventure.
