A poem by Sahithi Divi

Ashes you become one day ,
Burnt away from gravity ,
The moment it all starts to fade,
But you were here all the time ,
What you got will vanish ,
But What you leave in the world , remains .
Your body is an impulse of history ,
Built with feelings and scars ,
Genetic influence reacts with society,
Doors are open to appearance,
Beauty delegates scavenging oneself,
Smoothen your edges under circumstances ,
let the world drain your strength,
Remember when you were born ?
Your eyes were full of hope ,
Beauty is an immortal spirit ,
Reality is hiding beneath your silence ,
Create a dialogue about equality ,
You don’t posses everything they have ,
But they don’t have your freedom either,
Beauty is a piece of art work ,
Love your art with full of passion,
Let people talk about your liberation,
Don’t hold your dreams captive ,
The nation wants to see how you free ,
What you got will vanish ,
But What you leave in the world , remains .
